We successfully coordinated a planning application proposing to clear the site in its entirety and develop a mixed use ‘flagship’ scheme that would deliver 8,400m² (gross) Class B1 office space; 2,340m² ground floor commercial floorspace (including a convenience store of 712m²; 454m² rooftop “skybar” (Class A3/A4 use); and 266 underground car parking spaces (on three levels).
